David Kenneth Smiley

DAVID KENNETH SMILEY age 54 of Otisville died Tuesday January 3, 2006 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral Service will be held 1PM, Friday January 6, 2006 at Hudson Funeral Service, Inc., with Pastor Dale Pattee officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday 6 to 9PM, Thursday 11AM-2PM and 6-9 PM. David was born in Flint, MI. June 12, 1951 the son of Donald K. and Mildred (Hardin) Smiley. He married Trudy Marshall on September 4, 1981 at Davison.
He retired from A.C. Spark Plug on Oct. 1, 1999 and a member of UAW Local #651.
Surviving is his wife Trudy A. (Marshall) Smiley, Mother: Mildred Smiley, Brothers: Charles (Pam) Smiley, and Donald (Karen) Smiley, also a nephews and nieces: Jeffrey Smiley, Angela Ortiz, Anthony and Megan Folstad, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Also surviving is his mother-in-law: Eleanor Marshall, sister-in-law: Robin Marshall and friend Pam Marden,
father-in-law: Alvin (Alice) Marshall, his four cats: Jasmine, Cymba, Grady and especially Ray. He was preceded in death by his father Donald K. Smiley.
