DANIEL WALLACE BEEBE, age 65 of Davison, died Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be 1PM Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home Inc., Sister Elaine LaBell officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 11AM to 8 PM at the funeral home and Saturday from 10AM until time of service. Burial will follow at Meadowview Memorial Gardens with graveside military honors, under the auspice, of Davison V.F.W. POST 4087. Dan was born on November 30, 1945 to Wallace and Irene Beebe. Dan graduated from Davison High School in 1963 and entered the United States Air Force in 1964, serving in the Vietnam War. He came back home and started working for General Motors, retiring in 1999. Dan enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time with his family and friends. Surviving is his wife: Lawana; children: Laura Beebe, Wade (Diane) Beebe, Matt Beebe, Tammy (Leonard) Butler; grandchildren: Jacob, Michelle, Charles, Nick, Zachary, Kayley, and Ashley; great-grandchild: Garret; mother: Irene Beebe; brothers: Jim Beebe and Randy (Lora) Beebe; sister: Elaine (Roger) French; Mother-in-law: Barb Shewmaker; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and two granddaughters.
