COREY ALLEN WELCH age 33 of Indianapolis, IN died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday November 22, 2008 at the Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Pastor Joseph Prance and Pastor Greg Rowen officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday 10 AM-9 PM. Contributions may be made to the family. He was born in Flint MI to Carol Sexton and Robert Welch. He married Christy O'Malley. Corey worked as a maintenance worker for Oak Park Apartments. Surviving are his wife: Christy; children Lane and Colin; mother: Carol Sexton and father: Robert and Connie Welch; 2 sisters: Christina (Matthew) Spencer, Larissa Welch; 2 brothers: Chad (Laurie) Welch and Brent (Brandy) Renshaw; grandparents: Don and Helen Sexton, Edwina Welch, John and Norma Gross; several aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and a special aunt Donna Barnett. Mother and father-in-law: Gordon and Tina O'Malley, grandparents-in-law: Robert and Betty O'Malley and Jimmie Mang. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Billie Welch Sr.
