CATHERINE CARRIE (Cathy) BRECKENRIDGE age 51 of Otisville went to be with Jesus on Friday January 9, 2009 at St. Joseph Health Systems, Tawas. Funeral services will be 2 PM Monday January 12, 2009 at the Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Pastor Brent Bowden officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 2:00 – 5:00 PM and 6:00 – 9PM. Contributions may be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church. She was born on May 31, 1957 to Betty and Clare Breckenridge Sr. Survivors: Parents: Betty and Clare Breckenridge, Sr.; brothers: Gene (Linda) Breckenridge, of Millington, Jim (Laurel) Breckenridge of Cass City; sisters: Donna (Jim) Smith, of Millington, JoAnn Breckenridge of Otisville, Annie Breckenridge and friend James Keidel of Freeland, Ruth(Darwin) Groff ,of East Tawas; nieces and nephews: Dawn Campbell, Dan Breckenridge, Chad(Wendy) Breckenridge, Angi Newton, Jim (Jamie) Smith, Juli (Larry) Forsyth, Rena (Jason)Agle, Boom (Toot) Breckenridge, Jennifer Breckenridge, Cheree Clear, Joe Reno, Nic Brittain, Bill, Ellen, Jessie & Corky Groff; many great nieces and great nephews; a great great niece and a great great nephew, special friends: Lorretta and Bernie Oviatt of Arizona. She also has aunts and uncles: Erba Hynes of Flushing and Dave and Toni Lutz of Flint. Cathy loved her dog Taz, being an aunt, her church family and horses. She was preceded in death by a niece Kimberly Breckenridge; grandparents: Albert and Berniece Lutz, Porter and Jessie Breckenridge; aunts and uncles: Merland and Ila Lutz, Lavonia and Howard Ulshafer, Jack Lutz, Estella and Bill Deger, Winnie and Mary Jane Breckenridge and Leo Hynes.
