CAROL FRANCIS (Lawe) SCHNETTLER age 68 of Davison died on Saturday March 1, 2008, at her residence. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Pastor Darell Babcock officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be Monday 7-9 PM , Tuesday 5-9PM, Wednesday 9-10:30 AM. Contributions may be made to Brian's House or American Cancer Society. She was born in Flint, Michigan, December 25, 1939 to Wesley Kenneth and Helena Gertrude (Smith) Lawe. She married Albert Charles Schnettler, at Otter Lake Episcopal Church on June 23, 1962. Carol moved to Davison in 1970 where she continued to live and raise her children. She was a member of the Davison Eagles Club #3589. She was a homemaker and loving mother to her 4 children: Mark (Norma) Schnettler of Flint, Randall (Nancy) Schnettler of Lapeer, Terri(Elkey) Hutchinson of Davison, and Jason (Leah) Schnettler of Burton; 3 grandchildren: Patrina Schnettler of Lapeer, Mark Schnettler of Imlay City and Christian Schnettler of Burton; a great grandchild Searra McDaniel of Lapeer; 3 brothers: Fred (June) Lawe of Davison, Wayne(Lee) Lawe of Otter Lake, and Larry (Linda) Lawe of Florida; friends: Joyce McKay, Jan Shumaker and Donnie Marks. She was known by many, loved by all, may she rest in peace.
