Bill Anders

BILL ANDERS, age 82 of Millington, died Saturday, February 17, 2018 at McLaren Hospital-Flint. His funeral service will be held at 1PM on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Pastor Erik Cloeter officiating. Cremation will follow the service. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 11AM until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation. Bill was born on February 4, 1936 to Fred and Alma Anders. He retired from General Electric and was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church and the Local Aviators Club. Bill enjoyed golfing, flying planes, and working on anything broken. He is survived by his children: Ted (Kim) Anders and Melanie (Lee) Trivett; grandchildren: Nyssa, Jessica, Damon, April, Garet, Charles, Andy, and Ralf; and sisters: Jane Wilkinson and Betty Hall. He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet; son, Tony (Tina) Anders; and brother, Richard Anders.
