Beverly K. Whitman

BEVERLY K. WHITMAN, age 58 of Otter Lake, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Stonegate Health Center. Her funeral service will be held at 1PM on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hollenbeck Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 1-8PM on Monday, April 6, 2015 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Beverly was born on September 23, 1956 to Carl and Juanita Porter. She was a member of the Otter Lake Church of the Nazarene. Beverly enjoyed hunting, fishing, crocheting, gardening, reading and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Greg Whitman; children: Katie Whitman, Willie (Clarissia) Whitman, and Amanda Whitman; grandchildren: Izzie, William, Jacob, and James; and brother, Carl Porter. She was preceded in death by her parents.
