Betty J. Lewis

BETTY J. LEWIS, age 71 of Otisville, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at McLaren–Flint. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service in Betty's honor will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 1PM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Rev. Ann Norton officiating. The family will receive visitors from 11AM until service time on Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Betty was born in Detroit, MI on December 15, 1943. She enjoyed gardening, planting flowers, and fishing. Betty liked going to yard sales and to the casino. She also adored her family and friends. Betty is survived by her husband, and love of her life, Charles; daughters: Kimberly Schmidt and Rebecca (Christian) Hart; 8 grandchildren; stepfather, Jack Foster; brothers: David (Sandy) Dubuque, John (Susan) Foster, and Dan (Donna) Foster; several In-Laws; many nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Don Herrington. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Foster and dear friend, Rita Herrington. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to Michigan Vascular, Dr. Jennifer Klock, Dr. Imad Issawi, and Dr. Mohammad for their continuous care for Betty.
