BETTY J. DAENZER of Lapeer, formerly of Otisville, age 65 died Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at Lapeer Regional Medical Center Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday, February 13, 2006 at Hudson Funeral Service, Inc., Otisville, Pastor John C. Kaiser officiating with burial in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-9 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Soup Kitchen of Lapeer. Betty was born in Lapeer, Michigan on May 17, 1940 daughter of Robert W. and Jennie (Burt) Angell. She was married to Keith Daenzer. Betty was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, a former Sunday school teacher, and fencing champion, Captain of a softball team, an avid fisherman, a shopping queen and worked and collected for American Diabetes Assn. and American Cancer Society. Surviving are her husband, Keith; Her children: Pam Dolliver, Rodney Simpson, Daniel (Tonya) Daenzer, Mark (Lee) Simpson, Colleen (Joe) Mathews;15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson: Nolan R. Dolliver, a brother: Robert Angell and a sister Margaret Rhein
