Betty was a very independent woman whose loving kindness and grace touched everyone who had the privilege to know her. Her life was a testament to selflessness and compassion, always putting others first and spreading joy wherever she went. Betty had a heart as big as her smile and her gentle spirit created an environment of warmth and love for her family and friends to rest in whenever needed. Betty's nurturing character offered guidance, support and advice to all she loved, a woman of great strength and wisdom, a true matriarch of her family. Betty's love for life was evident in everything she did; from her love of shopping for others, making home cooked meals for her family, chatting on the phone, gardening, reading, bowling, traveling, playing solitaire and most important was the quality time spent with her dear family.
Though Betty has gone to her forever home, her legacy will live on through the love and wisdom she instilled in each and every one of us. We will take comfort knowing her love will continue to surround us, guiding us with each step we take.
