Barbara A. Traver

BARBARA A. (LUTZE) TRAVER, age 84, of Otisville, passed away on July 4, 2019 at Stonegate Health Campus Lapeer. Her funeral service will be at 11AM on Monday, July 8, 2019 at the Richfield Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Alan Duce officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 1-6PM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Barbara was born and raised by Frank and Alice Lutze in the small town of Otisville, MI. She was a talented hair dresser for 25 years. She was member of the Richfield Church of the Nazarene, Red Hat Society, and Tops. She enjoyed her family, bowling, quilting, sewing, and several other hobbies. Barb leaves her husband of 64 years, Varian; sons: Mark (Kristine) Traver of Otisville and Mike (Michele) Traver of Columbiaville; daughter, Tammera (Spencer) Prescott of Lake City MI; grandchildren: Travis and Stephen Prescott, Dustin Traver, and Nichole Zimmerman; great grandchildren: Jacob, Gabriella, Brendon, Brianna, Kooper, Sonny, Blake and Konner; siblings: Jeff Lutze of Otisville, MI and Karen Tegethoff of Harrison, SD; and several nieces and nephews that will miss her.
