Aubrey "Joe" Hopper

AUBREY "JOE" HOPPER, age 85 of Otisville, died Monday, October 28, 2019 at home with his family. His funeral service will be held at 11AM on Monday, November 4, 2019 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Rev. Ann Norton officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 1-8PM at the funeral home. Joe was born to James Leroy and Mary Pearl (Giles) Hopper on October 18, 1934 in Manila, Arkansas. He moved to Flint, Michigan in 1952, where he married Mary Lou Miller on November 30, 1956. Joe worked at Chevy Truck and Bus, retiring in 1988. After his retirement, he picked up and delivered lawn mowers for Keens in Millington for 20 years. Joe is survived by his wife, Mary; children: Terry (Kathy) Hopper, Virginia (Randie) Kreger, Barbara (Joe) Robideau, and Anthony (Danille) Hopper; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and siblings: William, Theodore (Sally), Annette, and Minnie Lou. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Edna and Cathy.
