Arthur N. Cole

ARTHUR N. COLE, age 92 of Davison, died Monday, April 3, 2017 at Stonegate in Lapeer. His funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Pastor Spencer Snow and Pastor LeRoy Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 6, 2017 from 10AM-8PM at the funeral home. Art married Rita Jabson on August 5, 1944. Art retired from Buick after 30 years. He was a member of the UAW and Emmanuel Baptist Church in Otisville. Art enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, hunting, fishing, and raising search and rescue dogs. He also loved technology, watching NASCAR and the Detroit Tigers, and spending time with his family. Art is survived by his daughters: Kathy (Mike) O'Leary, Linda (Rex) Cole, Vicki (Leroy) Mathews, Betty (Fred) Moorhouse, and Mary (Ronie) Myers; 20 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren, and 29 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Rita Cole, parents, Fred and Gladys Cole; two brothers and five sisters.
