ARTHUR (JUNIOR) BETTS, age 79 of Otisville, died Sunday, September 15, 2013 at Ferguson Convalescent Center. Cremation has taken place. Arthur enjoyed fishing and baseball. Surviving are his children: Shelly Betts, Cindy Edenburn, Kim Betts, Bonnie Johnson, and Kevin Betts; 9 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren; brother, Evert Betts and sister, Joyce Herner.
