Arnold L. Amey

ARNOLD L. AMEY, age 81 of Otisville, died Thursday, December 27, 2012 at McLaren-Flint. A funeral service will be held at 12PM Monday, December 31, 2012 at Mumford – Hudson Funeral Home in Otisville with Pastor Tom Forgo officating. Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, December 30, 2012 from 11AM - 8PM and Monday from 10:00 am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Salvation Army. Arnold was born on July 15, 1931 to Alfred and Elspia (Finkbeiner) Amey.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and bowling. Arnold is survived by his wife, Catherine; children: Jeffery Amey, Timothy (Stacy) Amey, Diane (Mark) Lambert, Darren Amey, and Keith Amey; grandchildren: Zachary, Brandon, Naomi, Emily, Amanda, Alyson, Michael, Cassandra, and Mike; brothers and sisters: Ellery Amey, Eunice (Ed) Lasley, Leon (Janet) Amey, Jerome (Sandy) Amey. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Neoma (Art) Elowsky.The family would like to give a special thank you to the ICU staff at McLaren Hospial in Flint, and a very special thank you to Jody Bouchard for her tender loving care of our father.
