Anthony L. Chimento

Anthony "Tony" Chimento, age 54 of Otisville, passed away on February 12, 2024 after a long battle with a serious infection. Cremation has taken place and his memorial service will be held at noon on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 10AM until the time of his service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the family.

Tony was born in Flint on September 29, 1969 to Clif and Char Chimento.  He made friends wherever he went. Tony never met a stranger. He graduated from LakeVille High School in 1988 and then attended SVSU. Tony was employed at Romeo Rim and worked as an athletic trainer for many years. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church in Davison. He enjoyed physical fitness, football games, casino trips, and caring for his parents and family. Tony was always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone in need. He was very proud of his niece and nephews and loved spending time with them.

He is survived by his parents; niece, Adriana; nephews: Kerry and Joseph; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his sister, Andrea. The family would like to thank all of the family and friends who helped and supported them during this difficult time and also a special thank you to special friend, Delores Skinner.
