Amy Renee Owen

AMY R. OWEN, age 36 of Flint, died Saturday, September 18, 2021 at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 1PM on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 2-8PM and on Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 11AM until the time of her service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to her children in care of Vickie Buckley or Terry Owen. Amy played softball and volleyball. Amy had worked at Serenity assisted living, Helping Hands, and Triton Solutions as a CNA.  She also liked cooking, gardening, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Amy was always willing to help a friend in need. She is survived by her children: Aryonna (Christian) and A'Lontae; parents: Vickie Buckley and Terry (Darlene) Owen; and brother, Craig (Kendra) Owen; nieces and nephew: Shayla, Sophia, and Trevor; God son Aric. She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Robert and Jeanna Buckley and Carroll and Louise Owen.
