Alberta N. Alexander

Alberta N. Alexander, age 75 of Lapeer, died Saturday, January 31, 2026. Her funeral service will be held at 2PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Pastor Carol Freeland officiating. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, February 2, 2026 from Noon until the time of her service at the funeral home. in lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the family.

Alberta was born in Murry, KY on January 29, 1951 to Paul and Lera Alexander. She enjoyed bowling, painting, shopping, playing Solitaire, and watching her soap operas.

She is survived by her siblings: Bob Alexander, Vera Heath, and Kathy (JR) Fuller; several nieces and nephews; boyfriend, Jerry Ford; and brother-in-law, Steve Whitisitt.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Erica Letts; sisters: Paula (Bruce) Ruby and Becky Whitisitt; and her parents.
